The service I receive from the team at Bristol Gas Supplies (Alex and Stuart) is second to none. You may find this a common statement, but what needs to be considered is I live and operate in New Zealand. My queries are answered quicker than my local gas suppliers and even the products are cheaper (this includes freight and import duty).

We have been using Bristol Gas to supply bottles for our central heating for about eight years, during that time we have had excellent service and have never been let down no matter what the weather. The staff and drivers are always polite easy to talk to and any problems are always dealt with quickly.

I have used Bristol Gas since approx 2007, friendly staff, with an easy to order gas bottle change-over system. The delivery driver /gas bottle engineer is always friendly and usually happy (despite some of our English weather), he has to negotiate a narrow lane and tight reversing driveway which he does with ease, well done.

A good service, friendly staff, reliable delivery system and no hassle to the customer, what more can one ask for 10/10!

I have had bottled gas for around 9 years with Bristol Gas summer and winter. I have nothing but praise for the service I have received. They make it to the Park Site during all winter weather and have never let me down. Always polite and helpful on the phone and take time to answer any questions I may pose.

I have dealt with Bristol Gas for the last three years that I have run the Prince of Waterloo, and have to say that I cannot fault the service that I have received from them. I order Monday for Tuesday and any other day for Friday. I do not need to be in attendance as the driver fits the new gas cylinders in situ and takes away the empties. On a few occasions I have not be present to pay the invoice, but this has never been a problem as I can BACS the payment over. I have been approached several times by their competitors but have no reason to change. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.
