Propane Gas Bottles - Calor 3.9kg / 6kg / 13kg / 19kg / 47kg
Connecting
• Check that the valve hand wheel is off by turning it clockwise
• Remove the protective plug
• Check the bullnose connection on the regulator for any damage before connecting
• Tighten anti-clockwise until tight with a spanner
• Leak test on connection to ensure safe
• Turn the valve hand wheel to open gas bottle
Disconnecting
• Ensure the valve hand wheel is off (clockwise rotation)- never remove the regulator
with the bottle valve open
• Use a spanner to remove the regulator
Butane Gas Bottles - Calor 21mm 7kg / 12kg /15kg
Connecting
• Ensure that regulator has a 21mm fitting and is suitable for cylinder
• Remove the orange cap by pulling the lanyard out, and then upwards
• Check that the black sealing washer is fitted inside the cylinder valve
• Make sure the regulator switch is in the disconnect position (3 o’clock position)
• Fit the 21mm regulator as the manufacturer’s instructions suggest. When you
need to use gas, turn the switch anticlockwise to the ‘on’ position
Disconnecting
• Turn the regulator switch clockwise to the off position
• Push the switch in to disconnect and lift the regulator from the valve
Butane Gas Bottle - Calor 4.5kg
Connecting
• Check that the valve hand wheel is off by turning it clockwise

Connecting
• Ensure that regulator has a 27mm fitting and is suitable for cylinder
• Remove the orange cap by pulling the lanyard out, and then upwards
• Check that the black sealing washer is fitted inside the cylinder valve
• Make sure the regulator switch is in the disconnect position (3 o’clock position)
• Fit the 21mm regulator as the manufacturer’s instructions suggest. When you
