Question: My appliance won’t turn off, what should I do?

Answer: If your appliance stays alight after you have switched it off, leave it ignited and call us on 0117 300 9993 for further advice.

Question: If I have a Flogas bottle can I bring it into you for an exchange?

Answer: Unfortunately, we can only exchange Calor bottles, generally like for like or within the same size category i.e. Butane 4.5kgs - 7kgs, 12kgs – 15kgs, Propane 3.9kgs – 6kgs, 13kgs – 47kgs.

Question: Which regulator fits my gas bottle?

Answer: Generally, propane (Orange) bottles take a screw in regulator where butane (Blue) has a 21mm push on reg and Patio Gas (Green) has a 27mm push on reg. If you’re unsure please give us a call or pop in and someone will be able to help.

Question: I have just bought a gas barbecue and I’m not sure which gas is suitable for it?

Answer: Either bring it in to us, and we can tell at a glance and advise you on your best options. If you can’t bring it in, bring the manual in to us and we can usually tell from that.

Question: I am thinking of having a gas cooker installed in my kitchen, but have no gas in the house. Is this possible?

Answer: Yes, you can specify an LPG cooker from your supplier and have it installed to run on propane.

Question: How often do you deliver to my area and how much for delivery?

Answer: Delivery to the Greater Bristol area is next day in most cases and there is no minimum order quantity. We deliver to the Bath area on Wednesdays, Portishead, Weston-Super-Mare, Burnham, etc., every Tuesday and Friday. Berkeley, Tetbury, Thornbury and surrounding areas are delivered to on a Monday. There is also a flat rate of £5 for delivery.
